Refund policy

Small Land offers returns / exchanges on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery for an online credit or size exchange.

 

Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on accessories (including teethers, dummy case holders, headwear, and socks).
  • All items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. Items that don’t meet these conditions will be sent back to you. 
  • Return shipping costs for change of mind or size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@smallland.com.au with your order number, request (return or exchange), and return address. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
  2. Ensure the item is in original condition before sending it back.
  3. Post your parcel using a tracked service. Small Land is not responsible for parcels lost in transit, and returns can only be processed once received at our warehouse.

Once we receive your package, please allow 2–5 business days for your return to be processed. If approved, you’ll receive your credit voucher via email.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every item is carefully quality-checked before leaving our studio, but in the rare case you receive something faulty, we sincerely apologise.

 

  • Please email us at contact@smallland.com.au within 5 weeks of delivery with your order details and photos of the fault.
  • We’ll happily assist in line with Australian Consumer Law:

- For minor issues, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.

- For major issues, you can choose between a replacement, store credit, or refund.

  • Please note: general wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect garment care are not considered faults.

International Orders & Customs Charges

Customs duties and import taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Small Land cannot take responsibility for customs delays or charges imposed by destination countries.
