Shipping policy

At Small Land, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless from checkout to delivery.

Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for all domestic orders.

• Please note: Small Land cannot be held responsible for parcels once they have been posted.

Australia

• Free Standard Shipping for orders over AUD $150.

• Orders under AUD $150 will be charged a flat rate of AUD $11.00 - for Standard Shipping (2-8 Business Days)

• Orders under AUD $150 will be charged a flat rate of AUD $17.00 - for Express Shipping (1-4 Business Days)

• Free Pick-Up is available from our Headquarters in both Leppington, NSW and Dural, NSW. If you’d like to visit, try garments on, or shop in person, please email us to arrange a suitable time.

• Domestic orders usually arrive within 2–8 business days from dispatch.

New Zealand

• Orders for express must be a Minimum of AUD $50 to ship

• Standard Shipping (5-10 Business Days) will be charged a flat rate of NZD $19 Via Australia Post

• Express Shipping (3-6 Business Days) will be charged a flat rate of NZD $35 Via Australia Post

International Shipping – Taxes & Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, which are determined by the destination country and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Small Land is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance.

We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges.
